RV trip to Wisconsin Dells june 07

For our birthday weekend (age 20.......+15 years!) Mommy and her sister Jen and their families packed up the Williamson's RV and headed north to Wisconsin to spend a weekend in The Dells. On the way, we stopped by Madison to see Brian's brother John on Friday night for a music festival by the lake. We enjoyed some good brats and a lovely evening by the water. That night we stayed at an RV resort, then headed out the next morning for some sightseeing in The Wisconsin Dells. The kiddies had fun playing Connect Four in the RV during the "off hours"....over and over again! Many naps were taken in the carseats, and lots of good food was eaten, especially the steaks that Daddy cooked over the campfire on Saturday night! In the Dells, we took a Duck Tour ride (a land vehicle that becomes a water vehicle when it hits the river), a trip to a water park, and also visited the Tommy Bartlett Water show where we saw amazing skiiers as well as death defying acrobats running atop this ferris wheel thing--amazing!! Delaney was introduced to popsicles, which she found very tasty, and cousin Brittney ended up on the roof of the RV at one point! On Saturday night we stayed at a Wisconsin state park that was peaceful and scenic, and were happy to have the air-conditioned RV when the weather warmed up. It was a crazy weekend and a good "bonding experience" for all!
