A few pictures are from Sunday School in the morning, and then later on we went to the Plainfield Irish Parade, featuring the Window World car, bagpipe players, and of course, Sully!
A few more pictures of St. Patrick's Day parade celebration in Plainfield--eating corn beef and cabbage at a local pub and seeing our friends Heath and Michelle Wright and their friends. Back at the house, Sully meets Rachel, Kevin, and Quincy. And he settles down with us for our nighttime routine!
As a class assignment, Delaney got her turn to take home Sully, the classroom stuffed "friend" (animal? person?) for the weekend. The idea is to take him along on all of your outings with your family. Well, we had a jam-packed weekend that and Sully had many adventures with Laney! Later, I printed out several of the pictures and created a few pages of journal writing and photos to include in the classroom Sully journal. What a fun experience for Delaney and her classmates....a lot of work for the parents......but a fun experience nevertheless :O)
