This is one of my favorite photos of Lila girl, who is now three years old! She used to sometimes get this real "prim and proper" expression as a baby, and it comes out only rarely now. Even when it does, it doesn't look the same because it is on a three year old little girl, and not a 4 month old. Even at four months, Lila had a wisened look about her, an old soul she was......
She still likes to touch the skin on her hands to soothe herself, whether she is sleepy, relaxing, or just soothing her nerves in an anxious situation. If my skin was that baby soft, I would do that too!
