Lila celebrated her first four months on April 10, 2008. The pictures above are some highlights of how she is growing and changing every day, all taken during her fourth month. The pink pig is a "size indicator", which I put every month next to Lila to show how much she is growing. And she is growing very well! At her 4-month checkup, the doc said she is super healthy and weighed in at exactly 14 pounds!
This entry comes a bit late, as Mommy's first day back to work was April 7th, so she hasn't added much to the blog since work started. However, Lila is doing great and her 5th month birthday is coming up in a week, so more picture highlights are to come! In the meantime, she entertains us every day with all the new things she is doing, including cooing and giggling, smiling at everyone, and she has rolled over from back to front, and front to back (just a few times each way, but I'm sure we'll see more rolling soon). Recently, she also reaches out for her rattles and toys whenever she gets the chance. She really is a super easygoing baby, and most of the time she just watches the world go by and takes it all in, although she is gradually making the effort to be an active participant in that great big world, and we are more than happy to assist her!
