Lila was baptized at St. Mark's Lutheran Church on Sunday! She did really well, and actually slept through the baptism. Afterwards, she was peaceful and happy for photos and was gracious to all her guests at the party. She slept a lot in the afternoon, and the day couldn't have gone better. The cake was pretty yummy too :O) As one photo above shows, Delaney enjoyed the baptism as well. After the service, she got her hands pretty well covered in holy water, and I hope that God understands how tempting it was to stick her hands in the baptismal font.........she certainly got her share of blessings for the week!!
