The Hopkids welcome you!
Welcome to our family blog! The Hopkids are made up of our two daughters Delaney and Lila, and our son Christopher (see ages below), who keep us on our toes every day and fill our lives with joy and laughter. We are so blessed to have three happy and healthy kids, and we hope that you enjoy reading about their everyday adventures!

Halloween festivities oct 07
Delaney was dressed up as a little ladybug....Hence the term "Laneybug" for Halloween this year! She attended the Halloween parade at Mommy's school (sorry forgot camera when we walked in the parade!) and also the class Halloween party afterwards. She was thoroughly entertained by the students, especially a few fifth grade boys. She sat really well for most of the party, I think she thought she was a fifth grader! She went over to the snack table and snuck some popcorn a few times, and was caught red-handed by the camera!! IN the early evening after we got home from school, we went trick-or-treating on the block with our friends Amy and Sadie, and by the 4th or 5th house Delaney was calling out "TRICK OR TREAT" just like the big kids! As a result, we got a pretty good loot! She also tried her first sucker, which she thoroughly enjoyed. HAPPY HALLOWEEN LANEYBUG!!!! Mommy loves reliving her childhood memories of Halloween through you!!
